M·A·C Locked Kiss Ink Lipstick Engraving
As part of the Locked Kiss Lipstick launch and Valentine’s Day promotion, we collaborated with Make-Up Art Cosmetics (M·A·C) to personalize Locked Kiss Lipsticks for customers at their Takashimaya outlet.
Customers had their own or their loved one’s names engraved in beautiful modern calligraphy style on their recently purchased lipsticks within a few minutes in store, and went home with exclusive Valentine’s Day gifts!
Kissproof Gifts for Valentine’s Day
M·A·C recently launched their Locked Kiss Ink 24HR Lipcolour made with kissproof, transfer-proof, and waterproof formula at the start of February. As this is the month of love, the marketing team was looking for a way to promote this lipstick range as perfect Valentine’s Day gifts, while offering customers a unique in-store experience.
Written Space’s on-site calligraphy services were just what this occasion called for. Our founder Michelle engraved a sample lipstick a few days prior to the event for the marketing team, which they loved, and used for social media event promotion.
This brand activation was held on Saturday, 11th Feb 2023, at M·A·C Takashimaya, between 3-5 PM. Customers who purchased a minimum of 2 Locked Kiss Ink lipsticks on that day were entitled to name engravings done on both lipsticks, along with make-up demonstrations and complimentary lip makeovers.
High Foot Traffic and Delighted Customers
Written Spaces provided beautiful, personalized engravings for a large number of clients, with many attendees thanking Michelle for the exquisite results.
As this was a busy pre-Valentines weekend, Michelle also balanced the personalized service with efficient queue management, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees. Each calligraphy engraving took between 3-5 minutes and many happy customers left the event thrilled with newly engraved lipsticks.
